Mission and Values
The mission of Redheads Group is to facilitate the optimal allocation of engineering resources within
the engineering industry in SA and Southern Africa, thereby contributing to a well-functioning engineering industry in Southern Africa.
Our values include: approching every situation and action with integrity, promoting openness and trust, treating our candidates and clients with respect, caring for all of our employees and clients and finially also adding real value to each one of our clients.
59% Black Ownership and 30% Black Woman Ownership
Due to a recent restructuring of our ownership, both Redheads Engineering Solutions as well as Redheads Engineering Services are now over 58% Black-Owned and over 30% Black Women Owned Level 2 B-BBEE Empowering Suppliers. Our clients consequently benefit from a 125% B-BBEE recognition level as well as recognition of Procurement Spend from QSE Empowering Suppliers that are at least 51% Black-Owned and at least 30% Black Women Owned.
Our clients as well as our employees have needs – both of which supplement each other in our philosophy, without loosing sight of commercial requirements. The combination of the experience and the personality of our employees is what makes up the supports of our clients in the successful execution of their projects. Our employees gain project experience through in-house projects as well as at projects carried out at our clients. Project-oriented development with supporting training is continually conducted as agreed with the individual employee.
