The Redheads Group, founded in Germany, is an international provider of engineering services to industrial, commercial, retail, institutional and government sector clients.
We cover the Southern African market and some international projects from our offices in South Africa.

Our clients appreciate our flexible support of their projects by highly qualified engineers, technicians and IT specialists. Redheads provides its clients and employees with a maximum of flexibility, reliability and peace of mind with regards to planning, execution and conformity with legal obligations.

We offer clients the option to use Redheads Group as a service provider, thereby handing over full responsibility of project completion and correctness. Redheads Group can also provide seconded staff to help clients complete projects, or even supply consultants to give insights onto project matters. If specialized staff are needed by a client, Redheads Group can be used to find these individuals by means of recruitment, or to use these individuals on service provider contracts.

The mission of The Redheads Group is to provide engineering services internationally to optimise the productive use of scarce skills for our clients and spearheading opportunities that promote environmentally friendly technologies.

Due to a recent restructuring of our ownership, both Redheads Engineering Solutions as well as Redheads Engineering Services are now over 58% Black-Owned and over 30% Black Women Owned Level 2 B-BBEE Empowering Suppliers. Our clients consequently benefit from a 125% B-BBEE recognition level as well as recognition of Procurement Spend from QSE Empowering Suppliers that are at least 51% Black-Owned and at least 30% Black Women Owned.
